The Women’s Leadership Cohort is a professional development experience that provides customized, small-group coaching for women working in Admissions and Enrollment Management in Independent Schools. This cohort offers a structured, safe space to build your leadership skills with a focus on self-awareness, relationship-building, and effective communication.

• Establish personal and professional goals for the school year.

• Work to minimize and eliminate habits holding you back from attaining those goals.

• Enhance leadership competencies.

• Network with other women to foster a community of support and learning.

• Have access to a leadership coach with knowledge and experience specific to independent schools.

The cohort will have eight monthly 60-minute Zoom sessions between October 2024 and May 2025. Tentative dates are: October 16, November 13, December 11, January 15, February 12, March 12, April 16, and May 14.

The cost to participate in the 2024-2025 Women’s Leadership Cohort is $800 per person. (You can download this PDF with the program details when applying for PD funds. )
