Who am I?
Rebecca Malotke-Meslin. Leadership Coach. Consultant. Keynote Speaker. Podcast Host. Writer. Mother. Feminist. Anti-Racist. Fashionista. Bowler. Foodie. Movie Buff.
Through one-on-one coaching, leadership cohorts, and speaking engagements, I help early and mid-career women leaders gain valuable leadership skills, rediscover their authentic voice, and build the confidence they need to achieve their goals. In my role as a consultant, I work with organizations to eliminate barriers, reduce biases, and create more inclusive spaces for all women. I combine my background in social research with 20 years of sales, marketing, communications, and school leadership to create an in-depth and engaging experience for my clients.
I also co-host the Confidently You: Women in Leadership Podcast.
I was once called “pleasantly aggressive,” and it was a perfect way to describe my approach to life and work.
What’s my purpose?
During my 14 years as an administrator in independent schools, I have witnessed smart, capable women doubt themselves, get frustrated, and burn out. Imposter syndrome, lack of available mentors, and outdated structures are just some of the things holding women back from achieving their potential. I want to change that. We need more women leading schools and non-profits.
I’m here to empower women.
I’m here to close the gender gap in independent schools.
I’m here to start a movement.
