Schools are focused on learning - for students, faculty, and staff. We invest a great deal in developing technical skills, but how are we developing people? We send our faculty to conferences and classes.  We log on to Zoom calls with tips and tricks to build a better curriculum map, increase enrollment, and cultivate a culture of philanthropy. But where do teachers go when they want to move into leadership positions? Where do administrators go when they’re feeling overwhelmed, yet still need to level up to meet growing demands? Schools need consultants and individuals need coaches. That is where I come in.
